That's the whole reason D3 Homes exists. Not just to sell a house, but to help a family get free of a payment that traps two parents at work and onto land where they can actually live — room to garden, raise animals, build a fire, and let kids be kids under open sky.
We're not the manufacturer — and that's the point.
D3 Homes was founded by a lifelong Middle Tennessean with a background building and running service businesses across the region. We act as your intermediary between the manufacturer and your property — sourcing the right home, coordinating logistics, and managing the installation process from start to finish.
That means our job isn't just to sell you a home. It's to make sure it actually gets delivered, set, and connected correctly on your land — and that you understood every step along the way.
A sixth-generation Tennessee family
I'm a sixth-generation Tennessean, and my wife and I are raising our three daughters right here in Middle Tennessee. Time together at home is what we value most — and while the world tells us to add more, get a bigger house, and collect more things, we feel called to live differently. We believe D3 Homes can offer you something the world can't: space to be a family, within reach.
We love this country, and we believe the American dream — a home, land to call your own, room for a family to grow — should still be within reach for hardworking people. That conviction is a big part of why D3 Homes exists.

Christ First
We start every decision by asking what following Jesus requires of us — not just on Sunday, but in how we treat customers, vendors, and each other.

We believe a home should serve the family, not the other way around. Everything we build points families back toward each other.
